Overview

Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for a personable, dynamic and knowledgeable Concierge to join our Guest Services team. The Concierge is a property leader and "impression maker" who embodies the Bardo brand and sets the standard for impeccable anticipatory service. The ideal candidate is confident and eager to create exceptional, highly curated experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
    Serve as the "host" of Hotel Bardo's Guest Services team
  • Provide personalized, warm and anticipatory service to guests during their stay
  • Work closely with the Brand & Marketing team to remain well-informed of resort offerings and programming, helping guests navigate and engage with the Bardo experience
  • Assist guests with special requests, booking entertainment or activities, and keeping tabs on Savannah's best experiences
  • Maintain a relevant knowledge of local events and happenings, adhering to brand guidelines and selections
  • Address guest requests or concerns in a friendly, timely manner
Qualifications

  • Hard-working team player with a delightful attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Excels at verbal and written communication
  • Able to creatively problem-solve guests' requests, complaints, or concerns
  • Foreign language skill is a plus
  • Excellent presentation and grooming standards
  • Able to maintain a delightful and refreshing demeanor when addressing guests and team members
